The Land Transport Authority has finally confessed that its bus arrival apps are actually sophisticated psychological torture tools designed to test the limits of human patience.

Instead of tracking GPS coordinates, algorithms are programmed to display "Arriving" precisely when a commuter looks up, only to reset to "15 minutes" the moment hope flickers.

The Ministry of Transport confirmed that "Ghost Buses" are a mandatory feature intended to encourage walking and heatstroke-induced hallucinations.
