Local actress Yvonne Lim has finally concluded a grueling five-year mission of making 100 real estate agents contemplate jumping off their own balconies.

The 49-year-old spent half a decade rejecting properties that weren't sufficiently "elite" enough for her award-winning aura.

Lim admitted she accidentally viewed her current home twice, initially rejecting it because the previous owner’s "clutter" made her feel like she was standing in a Sheng Siong warehouse.
