Unregistered Tyre On PIE Still Better At Lane Changing Than BMW Drivers

A 200kg truck tyre has been hailed as a local legend after successfully navigating three lanes of the PIE without a single blinker.

The rogue rubber dislodged itself near Balestier Road, apparently deciding that a life of servitude under a logistics SME was no longer for it.

Eyewitnesses noted that the tyre displayed significantly more spatial awareness and road etiquette than the black BMW it narrowly avoided.

“Eh, first time I see something on PIE move so smooth without high-beam people,” remarked one driver who was busy tailgating an ambulance at the time.

LTA is currently tracking the tyre’s whereabouts to issue a summons for illegal lane splitting and failure to display a valid road tax disc.

The tyre remains at large, presumably seeking asylum in a more affordable industrial estate.
