The Housing Development Board has officially unveiled its latest high-rise lifestyle upgrade: a 40-storey external bidet designed to keep Towner Road residents "moist and submissive."

Marketed as the "Ghetto Rain Vortex," the water feature allows future homeowners to save on utility bills by simply hanging their naked bodies off the window ledges during scheduled "wet riser" tests.
