A Tampines domestic helper was arrested after deciding her relationship drama required the cinematic flair of a kitchen utensil.

The 35-year-old woman allegedly brandished a knife during a stairwell confrontation that was significantly more intense than any Mediacorp drama.

Shocked residents reported hearing shouting that sounded like a reality TV show if the contestants were armed and underpaid.

“Wah lau, I thought they just talking only, then suddenly one girl take out knife like she want to chop onion,” said one resident who was just trying to buy 4D.
