SPF Launches Full-Scale Manhunt For Sick Bastard Who Briefly Entertained Ghim Moh

The Singapore Police Force has declared a national security alert in Ghim Moh after a deranged individual illegally deployed "unauthorised joy" in a public car park.

Authorities were alerted to the terrifying sight of colourful lights and audible cheers, which experts say are a direct violation of the national requirement to be perpetually stressed and miserable.
