Sinkies Convinced Dune Is Just Documentary About Walking To MRT

The trailer for the third Dune film has dropped, and local audiences are baffled by why the protagonist finds the desert so challenging.

While the director marketed the planet as a hellish landscape, Singaporeans insist it is merely a high-budget documentary about walking to the MRT.

“Wah lau, their sand so dry and nice, but here the humidity make your skin like oily Bak Kwa after two minutes,” remarked one disgruntled commuter.

Another eyewitness noted that the film’s desperate struggle for life-extending spice is essentially just a typical weekday morning at a local pharmacy.

“They ride big worms? I ride the East-West Line every day with five hundred sweaty uncles, that one even more scary lah,” the office worker added.
