The Ministry of Finance has unveiled its latest nationwide programme, "Project Cayman-on-Kallang," aimed at educating citizens on the ethical beauty of offshore tax evasion.

Official posters now feature a smiling otter holding a briefcase filled with untraceable Euros, encouraging locals to ignore the smell of freshly laundered Russian oligarch money.
