This revolutionary “Ghost Lepak” initiative ensures that locals can enjoy the luxury of the VIP lounges without the pesky burden of having a pulse to spend money.
Under the new rules, Permanent Residents can also enter for free if they agree to have their credit scores permanently tattooed onto their foreheads in fluorescent ink.
“Siao eh, I die already still must go RWS? At least the air-con there better than the afternoon sun lah,” remarked one prospective gambler while being loaded into an ambulance.
National Council on Problem Gambling officials praised the move, noting that it is physically impossible to chase losses when your motor functions have completely ceased.
“Free entry is a privilege, not a right, so don’t complain if the dealer is a medium,” added a Ministry spokesperson.
