Man Postpones Suicide Until Parents Die Out Of Courtesy

A 36-year-old engineer has been hailed as a paragon of filial piety for deciding to delay his inevitable suicide until his parents are safely in the ground.

The man, who describes his daily routine of "work, sleep, repeat" as a riveting thrill-ride, shared his existential crisis on Reddit after realising that being an adult in Singapore is just a slow-motion funeral with better air-conditioning.

"I'm not suicidal or what, I just feel like life is one big scam and the exit button is currently disabled by my parents' survival," the man reportedly explained.

Fellow Redditors offered heartwarming support, reminding him that life is worth living as long as there are still overpriced acai bowls and Grab vouchers to sustain the void.

"Don’t go so fast leh, later your boss complain you never give enough notice," noted one supportive netizen.
