Grab Malaysia has unveiled a revolutionary "Physical Feedback" system to ensure passengers treat 10-year-old hatchbacks with the respect of a Rolls Royce.

A 17-year-old in Kajang was the first to experience this premium service after he committed the capital crime of closing a door with human strength.

The driver, clearly suffering from a sensitive inner ear and a massive ego, decided that a face-punch was the only appropriate response to a loud "thud."

Despite failing to drive to the correct spot, the driver maintained his professional integrity by ensuring the passenger left with a matching set of bruises.

Grab has apologized for the incident, mostly because they forgot to include "Assault" as a billable add-on in their latest app update.
