Singapore has celebrated a breakthrough in meritocracy after promoting a senior executive whose Doctorate in Ethics was issued by the “University of Bukit Merah Bus Interchange.”

The world-class institution, which operates out of a singular Hotmail address and a pirated copy of Photoshop, requires only a valid credit card and zero self-respect.
