Famous rebel Ai Weiwei has finally brought his expensive Lego collection to Singapore, proving that even global dissidents know where the real money is laundered.

The exhibition features classic paintings remade with plastic bricks, a medium chosen because stepping on a Lego is the only pain Singaporeans are legally allowed to express in public.

In a move that brought tears of joy to local SME owners, Weiwei revealed he didn’t even bother showing up or building the pieces himself.

Instead, he used unpaid "volunteers" to assemble the works on-site, perfectly capturing the national spirit of taking credit for someone else’s cheap labor.

Visitors were especially moved by a porcelain watermelon, which costs more than a real one at Don Don Donki but is significantly less likely to give you explosive diarrhea.

The artist remains safely in Portugal, wisely avoiding the risk of getting 24 strokes of the cane for "subversive" toy placement.

This satire is based on a real news story.
